Welcome to The Aviator Art Studio.

I paint aviation, capturing the character, engineering and spirit of aircraft on canvas. I love the honesty of working with real paint and brushes — the textures, imperfections and visible hand of the artist. Although I can and do sometimes work digitally, unlike digital art, there’s no undo button with wet paint!

A lifelong aviation enthusiast, I’m also a pilot, flying vintage aircraft with my aviator friends at the former RAF Middlezoy in Somerset. Being around these wonderful machines first-hand is a constant source of inspiration for my paintings.

I welcome commission enquiries, so have a look around the studio and get in touch if you have an aircraft in mind.

Every painting helps fund more flying!
